What is Polartec® Alpha® and why did we choose to work with it?

Could there be anything in common between Bulgarian babies and the U.S. AIRFORCE?
Yes, our baby bags are made of the same high-tech fabric that is used in the clothing of US special forces.
This is Polartec® Alpha®!
This special fabric provides perfect thermal insulation, it is breathable, light and easy to maintain. Even after frequent washing, the properties of Polartec® Alpha® do not change. The fabric is made of 100% recycled and biodegradable polyester fibers and dries incredibly fast.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, for the goods you have purchased, we issue an invoice in your name, which we send to you with the order. The invoice serves as proof of your payment and guarantees your consumer rights. However, if you wish to be issued an invoice to a legal entity, please fill in your business information (company name, VAT number,  registration address and etc.)  in the "Comment" field before completing your order. The invoice will be shipped with your order.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product - other than the one I ordered, a product with a different color or a defective one?

We may have made a technical mistake while preparing your order. It is possible, although too rare, that we may have missed a defect in some of our items. No one is immune from mistakes. In such a case, please contact us to clarify the model mismatch or defect.In case of a mistake on our part, your goods will be replaced with a new one, and the transport costs will be at our expense. 

Please note that sometimes the fabric or print color on the fabric used to make the product may be different from the shades you see on pictures on the Internet. www.bebetech.net is not responsible for these minor differences.

Can I replace a product I bought from www.bebetech.net with another?

Yes, if you changed your initial choice, you can replace any purchased item with another from the site within 30 days. You need to contact us in advance. The transportation costs for the change (in both directions) are at the expense of the customer.

Can I return an item purchased from www.bebetech.net?

Of course, any purchased item can be returned within 14 days after receipt and, provided you keep the invoice from the purchase and the merchandise is not defective, not worn, washed, ironed or treated in any way any way. You do not need to provide a reason for your return. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. The full amount paid for the goods (excluding the amounts paid for delivery / return) will be refunded to you by bank transfer within 14 business days after we receive the goods back into our warehouse.

Do you offer a "preview" option on delivery?

Our terms of delivery include a "review" option, but do NOT include a "test" option. Every customer who buys our product has the right to return it without the need to justify his decision.

How does the delivery happen? When will I receive my order?

Delivery within the country is made by the express company "Speedy" to the address you specify or to the office of Speedy (at your choice). It usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on your location. Delivery periods may be delayed up to 7 business days from the date of your order during sales periods.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. We guarantee our customers security when entering sensitive information. www.bebetech.net uses SSL certificate with full encryption and extended company validation. This is a certificate of encryption, issued by an authorized provider (trusted authority) and compatible with 99.9% of browsers. The Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol provides an encrypted connection between our server (website) and your browser, thus protecting your data from unauthorized access.

How can I pay for my order?

At www.bebetech.net you can pay by cash on receipt of the order from the courier company we work with, and in advance - upon completion of the order, by bank transfer, by credit / debit card.

Can I shop without registering?

Yes of course! You can also shop from our site without creating a client account. In this case, select the products you want and add them to your cart, then mark "Order as a Guest" when the order is completed.

Why is it advisable to register?

Our advice is to create a profile and always shop as a registered user.

 All customers of the store who have completed at least one order have a profile. The profile is automatically created on request and can be accessed at any time. Here you can track the status of your active orders.

Using your user account, you will not have to enter your details every time you want to order one of our products.

You can create a profile from the "Client Login" button located in the upper right corner of the screen. Once you've created your account, you can sign in using the "Login" button.

Do I have to register to shop on the site? Can I shop through my Facebook account?

It is not necessary to shop at www.bebetech.net, but it is advisable to have a customer account (registration) created. Registration takes only a few minutes.

Login / login with Facebook button will allow you to create / log in to your account at www.bebetech.net through the social network data without having to make a new, separate registration.

Logining with Facebook will save you time.

This addition does not replace the option to directly create an in-store account, but provides an alternative way of doing so.

How can I make a claim and return the purchased item?

Each of our clients has the right of exchange / return.

 The customers of the online store www.bebetech.net have the right to refuse or replace the goods received by them within 14 days from the date of their receipt, provided that they are in their original form and with preserved quality characteristics:

 - preserved good commercial appearance (the goods are not torn, scratched, washed, worn, ironed, labels or other parts are not cut off or peeled off);

 - no damage due to improper operation - washing, ironing, drying, bleaching, chemical treatment, etc .;

 -the original packaging, supplies and accessories were retained if any were included.

According to the Consumer Protection Law and the rules of the trade, the consumer has the right to claim:

  - deficiencies found;

  - defects in the goods;

  - non-compliance with the announced size;

  - non-compliance with the declared trade mark.

  When claiming, the user may require:

  - replacement of the same good with a new one;

  - replacement with a similar product, the replacement being carried out with additional payment or refund of the buyer / s, in accordance with the price of the goods initially ordered;

  - reimbursement of the amount paid.

Courier costs for return and replacement of goods are at the expense of the customer, except when the return is the fault of www.bebetech.net. In case of respect of the complaint by the manufacturing company and a expressed desire to return or exchange the goods with another, the courier fee for the shipment is borne by us.

The photos on this site are for illustrative purposes only and there may be a slight discrepancy with the colors and patterns of the fabrics from which the articles are made.

 The e-shop www.bebetech.net is not responsible for temporarily running out of quantities of an item or right, as well as in case of delay of the shipment due to the lack of availability or delayed delivery by the courier company. In the event of any of the above circumstances, you will be notified by the contact telephone number provided or by e-mail.
